Too often we step into old mental health stories about ourselves, remembering things from the past that came from others, but we somehow made it a part of our story. Let go of the old stories. Form your own opinion about yourself and who you are, the person you want to be and make that your new story. Look at your reflection with compassion.

So many changes and “renovations” are happening in your life right now. It can be easy to get caught up in what you are getting rid of or what is “falling away” in your life during the “demolition” period, but instead focus on the foundations that are left. You have a strong base to build upon.

You have choices, in fact, you may be overwhelmed by them! Sort through your goals and reprioritize. Keep in mind what is actually doable in the present moment and keep your focus on that. Begin to make your dreams your reality.
